'To The Point' is a magazine published twice annually by the Colored Pencil Society of America, Inc. (CPSA). The CPSA is a nonprofit organisation that promotes the stature and awareness of coloured pencil as a viable art form to all professional art establishments and to the general public, and provides a forum for education, communication and recognition of coloured pencil artists.
